Reni Rose started her career in real estate since 1987 and was promoted to Vice President for Prudential California Realty, Sierra Madre in October 1990.  In December 2011, Reni became owner of Prudential California Realty, Sierra Madre and is now President of this office.

 

Reni has been ranked within the top 1 to 2% of Prudential real estate associates since 1993 as a “Chairman’s Circle” award winner for sale performance. She has also been the #1 Producer in her office since 1988. In 2000 and 2006 Reni received the prestigious “Legend” award for consistently achieving a multi-million-dollar level every year. With over 80,000 sale associates in the Prudential system, only 76 associates received this designation and Reni was one of them!

 

An unspoken testimonial and complement to Reni’s job performance is that eighty-five percent of Reni’s business is either repeat clients or referrals. Reni sincerely enjoys her career as a real estate executive and her passion for the business will become apparent to you after spending just a few minutes with her. Just ask, “How’s business?”

Although born in Texas, Reni is a transplant from New Orleans, Louisiana with 23 family members still residing in the “Big Easy.” She has a 22 year old daughter, Chelsea, who attends Marymount College and has four brothers who live in New Orleans and a sister who live in Sierra Madre.

 

Reni has lived in The Highlands of Arcadia since March 1994 and has also lived in Sierra Madre and Pasadena. Prior to her career in real estate, she spent 10 years with the Federal Government, ending her Government career at NASA/JPL in Pasadena.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires that I continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

There are many qualities and skills that are the makings of an excellent real estate professional - integrity, market savvy and knowledge, experience, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network - all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator and responding quickly to my client’s needs.
